OK - It is a bit excessive, but I had a fun day of shopping. New shoes for running and a new Burberry bag to treat myself to a promotion that hasn't actually happened officially, but indirectly has. Weird I know. Regardless - sometimes one must treat themself to a ridiculous gift.

So...skip forward to May 30, 2007 - nearly a year later - and the promotion is finally official. I guess I shouldn't have counted my chickens before they hatched. At least I acknowledged in the original post that it wasn't official.
