Ballston is getting rough!

Remember that post with the Arlington rap video? It is getting worse!
I took a walk around the mall for some lunch time fresh air and look
what I found in the bike rack. I only wish I had time to hang out and
see who rides this mean machine. Diamond plate (fake) on a scooter?
